How can I request a return?

You can easily request a return by sending an email to info@nono-shop.nl. We will then send you a return form. Please complete the form in full and return the product to us. We will process your request as soon as possible and inform you of the outcome. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@nono-shop.nl.

Returning an Order

Not completely satisfied with your product(s)? No problem. We are happy to help. Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and unopened and are returned properly packaged.

Unused and Unopened

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to verify that it is unused and unopened. If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation by email.

If the product has been opened and/or used, the return may be rejected.

Return Period

You can return a product within 14 days after receiving your order. Once your return has been processed and approved, your refund will be issued within a few days.

Return Costs

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. These costs depend on the postal service you use.

We recommend sending your return with a tracking number, so you can track the package at all times. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Did you receive a free gift with your order? Please note that the gift must also be returned if your return causes the order value to fall below the minimum order value required to qualify for the gift.
